All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are dispatched from our primary warehouse in India.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
• Express International Shipping: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local logistics conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs. Shree Impex is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Restrictions

Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in some countries due to local import regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with their country’s import laws.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, Shree Impex will initiate a claim with the courier. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
