At Shree Impex, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below:

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images). After verification, a refund or replacement will be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used, or damaged due to customer handling, will not be eligible for refunds.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
